Construction must begin no more than 90 days of from initial funding
Lot financing can be included if lots are in build-ready condition.

Exposure Limit Amount: $500,000 - $10,000,000

Max Loan -to- Value: 70% of After Completed Value
Max Land Acquisition: 60% if no permits, 75% if permits in hand
